Shipping Policy

SHIPPING TIMING 
We package and ship all orders between 2-4 business days. Once we ship out your order you will receive your track number to track your package.
We ship out all orders from Monday-Saturday.
ADDRESS CHANGES 
When you place an order with us, you are responsible for putting in the right shipping and billing address. If your address is incorrect, we will email you asap to get your correct address. PSA: You will have to pay for another shipping label to correct your incorrect address!
DAMAGED PACKAGES
Please be sure to check your packages for any potential damages during transit. Please contact USPS to file a claim if your packages are damaged during transit. 
MISSING, WRONG, OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive an incomplete or wrong order, please contact us within 2 calendar days of receiving the incorrect or incomplete order at dreamdollsscollection@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and a picture of everything you receive inside your order package including the packing slip. Failure to contact us within 2 calendar days of receiving an incorrect or incomplete order will result in no further actions taken by Dream Dollss Collection LLC 
 
DELIVERY ISSUES (LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES) 
If you receive notification that your order was delivered, but, you did not receive it; contact USPS Customer Support at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) (Domestic) 1-800-222-1811 (International). You may also file a claim online for the missing order package here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm  to file a claim. Dream Dollss Collection LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is your responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to file a claim against your lost or stolen package.
